To increase control to entrepreneurs of tobacco products plant, which produce SKM (Engine Clove Cigarette) kind of tobacco products, you should pay attention to the following:
1. Proposal to get NPPBKC of plant entrepreneurs of tobacco products, which will produce tobacco products of SKM kind, their proposals should be attached with photo and technical specification of SKM engine that want to be used like mark, production capacity or type.
2. Inspect inventory of tobacco products plant that has NPBBKC in your working area, which has SKM engine. Inventory data of SKM engine covers: plant name/location, sum of owned engine, mark/type/origin country of engine and engine production capacity.
3. Increase control for tobacco products plant by monitor and analyze excise band order activity to avoid misuse of excise band.
4. Control and give sanction to SKM engine user who does not have NPPBKC follow effective regulations.
5. Send inventory report as intended in paragraph 2 to Director General with attention to Director of Excise and Head of Regional Office that supervise the KPBC.
